Our Delivery Fees Explained

Ever tried to move a 2-metre timber table up a flight of stairs? Trust us, leave it to us. Our delivery is more than just transport - it’s a full service designed to take the pressure off you.

Our fees cover much more than fuel and travel; they include extensive labour, specialised equipment, vehicle upkeep and maintenance, fuel, tolls, travel time, staff penalty rates for evenings/public holidays and the careful handling of your hire items.

They reflect the true cost of getting everything not only to your venue, but safely inside and set up on time - ensuring your event runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy the day. And then we come back to do it all again at pack-down!

1. DIY Pickup from Boronia

Prefer to do it yourself? You can collect and return your hire items from our Boronia warehouse. With a generous 4-5 day hire period, you have plenty of time to set up and pack down at your own pace - ideal for out-of-town weddings.

Small orders must take this option.

2. Delivery & Collection Only

We deliver your hire items to your venue, ready for you to set up and style. Perfect if you want full control without the transport hassle.

Benefits include:

  • Careful handling: Items wrapped and secured to arrive in perfect condition
  • Flexible scheduling: We coordinate delivery and collection times around your event timeline
  • Wide coverage: Melbourne, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, including private properties
  • Convenient drop-off: Items unloaded, placed and collected*

3. Full Service - Delivery, Setup & Pack-down

Let us handle everything! Our team delivers, sets up according to your plan, and returns to pack down after your event. Ideal for events where time, help, or venue access is limited - and ensures everything looks perfect.

Benefits include:

  • Transport: No need to worry about transport, straps and heavy lifting! 
  • Professional setup: Items assembled and styled exactly as you want - you will need to supply us with a floorplan showing item locations
  • Timely pack-down: Everything packed and removed so that you don't need to think about it
  • Careful handling, flexible scheduling, and wide coverage (as above)

Important Information

Our delivery service is only available for hire orders over $500, or over $1000 for locations more than one hour from Boronia. Orders under $500 must be DIY collected and returned to our Boronia warehouse.

Please note: Delivery, set up and collection charges may be adjusted after quoting, depending on the confirmed address, delivery/collection day and time, and any additional items added to your order.
